It's been a very lovely birthday weekend, even if it didn't end up going the way we had planned. We started building on our woodshed! I am looking forward to having a nice shelter for my warmth-making. No more wrestling of blue tarps and shoveling of snow off of wood! The bastard voles have some kind of vendetta against my dill. They have been systematically chopping it down, but then just leaving the stalks on the ground in the garden, right next to the plant. I've harvested some of the fallen dill, but most of it wilts before I find it. I only have about a quarter of what I started with. FURRY LITTLE JERKS ( Read more... )
